I just spent 3 hours trying to connect to EA Support to no avail
Can anyone here help me get my card recognized by the game?
I looked in my deviceconfig and I saw [ Found 0, Matched 1]
Can anyone please help?
There is the same problem with the Sims 3. It happens with the newest graphic cards which are not recongnize by the game.
Can you look at this link from Modthesims : http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Getting_new_graphics_cards_recognized_by_the_game I don't really know if it work with Medieval but you can try 😉
