France - France should be all about Amazing Fashion, Romantic Vistas, Beautiful Music, Fabulous Food, Fields of Grapes, Lavender & Sunflowers & Masterful Works of Art. It should look like everything is just warm golden light and smells good. Pretty much the inside of Martha Stewart's Head. Now hypothetically you could make a Paris-esque city with the surrounding countryside.

      Tour of Italy - Basically all of the coolest things about Italy as a mashup similar to the Sims 3 World Adventures style map version. It gives an over arching experience of Italy. Also having multiple zone choices with repeats of some skills or experiences isn't a bad thing IF you give new designs or "freshen" the experience.
