My product code for Sims 2 downloaded from Origin is not working what should I do?

Hi! I recently downloaded the Ultimate Collection (who could resist!) and I've had a problem with the startup of my game, as the game loads, I get asked to enter the registration code for Fun With Pets, something I have no idea about. Could someone please help me?

I have tried to instal and run the Sims 2 Ultimate collection I just got today through the promotion, but when ever I try the "product code" that is provided on the "game information" in the Origin interface. It keeps saying retry retry, then that it is invalid. I don't understand why it isnt working! I have copied and pasted. even added the spaces like the usual Sims product codes still nothing.... I would really love to play sims 2. I miss the old game ☹️

I had the same issue and now it's saying the code's reached its limit. Like, it's my code. It shouldn't have happened. I really want to play Sims 2

Hi there,
I've just downloaded the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection using the redeem code, and it has installed. However, it wants me to enter a registration code that has not been emailed to me. I've checked the product information, and a code matching the one shown there in my Origin games is already entered in the box. However, when I try to proceed with that it doesn't work and the box pops back up. How do I got about obtaining the correct code?
