My product code for Sims 2 downloaded from Origin is not working what should I do?

Today I have downloaded and installed the Sims 2 and now I can't play it as when I press start button I need to enter the product key which I copy from the product information and it's not working. This dialog window appears again and again and I can't play this game.... Could you do something with it& Explain me how to use this code or give me another one?
has same problem, but now it says that license period is ended
In my case nothinhg had changed but the time I have to wait till next try....
And it's sad as I wanted to play it today...

My friend was also having the same problem when starting the game for the first time, however the code I receieved for the Ultimate collection last week worked fine. Is it possible that the new cd codes are faulty?
