My product code for Sims 2 downloaded from Origin is not working what should I do?

I downloaded the sims2 ultimate collection from origin and when i finished dowload sims 2 in origin, i open the game. They said "Re-enter and verify your Registration code carefully.......'. There r code given in the text box, i pressed continued and it not go to the next page maybe it's not the right code. I want to know where i can find the code. After that, I bought my old the sims 2 box and typed my code, but this thing happen " 'the license limit for this product has been reached....' Now i cant enter the game PLEASE HELP! What I should do now I really wonna play Sims2. Im a big fan of it. Pls HELP T^T.

It recommends contacting support, but in this case you might be better off to wait, hopefully we can put out a mass fix.
So, only just wait for fixing even it said 'the license limit for this product has been reached....'?
