Mysims not installed correctly

Hey. Im trying to install mysims and its just not working. Im not getting error messages, but the little icon will not pop up after Im done installing. Ive done this before with the same CD and this time its just not working. I can uninstall it though, and when I search "mysims" I wont find anything on my compuer (the files will install, though, but I cant run the game). Thanks!

    Hi @hjhjshdkasjdhiwu,

    I'm sorry to read you are having issues to install your game using your CD ☹️  Maybe there's something wrong with the CD, have you considered redeeming your My Sims code in Origin and install the game through Origin? That should make things easier.

    Well, to be honest, I havent played sims in a while. I own sims 3 aswell, and I saw that I could save them like that aswell. My problem is, that Origin says that my Sims 3 expansion pack codes have been used (Ive registered them only on Sims 3 website). Is it worth it to contact them though? Thanks for the quick reply, I got my Mysims fixed now 🙂

    Hi @hjhjshdkasjdhiwu,

    If you logged into Origin with the same account you used to register your games in thesims3.com, you should be able to see your games in Origin also, no need to redeem them again.

    Could you check if you are using the same account?
