MySims

It is a new game and it will not save. I can see the button for it to save,but it will not let me click on it. I have to quit and start all over everytime we play it.

    From the sound of it that email may have been misleading. Please check the following:

    1. Open Origin
    2. Click on "My Games"
    3. Right-click on "MySims"
    4. Choose "Show Game Details"
    5. You should now be able to see your Product Code on the right hand side.
    6. Now start the game and enter this Product Code

    Let me know how you get on,

Hello.
I bought a digital download for MySims PC edition from the EA website today and I just finished installing it through Origin.

When I ran the game things seemed to progress okay when suddenly I noticed that some game models seemed to have blackness over bits and pieces of them. Most of the time character's faces will not render and instead will be replaced with a solid black color

I tried resetting the game, resetting my computer, adjusting the quality, and starting a new game but nothing seems to fix the problem. Do I need to re-install the game, or should I just refund the game I bought and delete it? Is this glitch fixable?

    Slight Update, sorry for double posting.
    I uninstalled and re-installed the game and the problem was not resolved. It's still doing this.

    @TerraTerraCotta Hi,

    What graphic card do you use? Are your drivers up to date?

    Can you post a DxDiag of your system? Instructions are available below:
    1.  Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
    2.  You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
    3.  Type dxdiag in the text field
    4.  Click OK
    5.  If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
    6.  If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available


    7.  Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
    8.  Save this text file to your Desktop if possible
    9. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
    10. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
    11. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.

    This will hopefully let us look further into this issue.
