need Video Cards.sgr file for The Sims 2

Hello, can any one give me the files 'Video Cards.sgr'  and 'Graphics Rules.sgr' for The Sims 2. I need this as the files in my game is corrupted. I've reinstalled many times but in vain. I actually trying to install on Windows 10. But I need the files only. Video Cards.sgr is most important. Please give me the file to Download.
