No downtown, colleges, exotics in The Sims 2 ultimate collection.

Dear Answer HQ team,

I just downloaded The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection from Steam, the installation went on perfectly, as well as launching the game. But when I select any neighbourhood, there is no colleges, downtowns or exotic destinations to select on each neighbourhood menu. Is there any solution for this problem? I would like to thank you very much!

    When you got into the neighborhood overview (with the buttons at the top,) did you see a "+" on any of the icons? Downtown and places like that aren't there from the start, you have to add them by clicking on that button. It should have a "+" on it.  If you are having a different problem, please tell me if the buttons are greyed out, or not there. What I just said was: you have to add them first, with the buttons that say "add a (district)."
