no serial number

Question

Before we start. It is not Sims 2, but there was no option to select the Sims.

I have purchased " The complete collection of The Sims" from an online chartiy shop (through Amazon),

Unfortunately there is no serial number anywhere on the box, and no booklet, (where from past purchases of Sims products, I know the serial number should be.

In addition, the serial number required is in the format XXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX, and can be numbers only. This differs from the serial number format on my other Sims products.

Please advise.

Hi, the product code is the core to the game and is where the value lies. Please contact the retailer that you purchased the collection from.
