It's been down off and on for a while. You probably caught it during a down time.

But it's been problematic recently. I noticed that it was often using 70% or more of my CPU (which is a good one.) I even did a "bug/feedback" to them about it. But today we had an update and I noticed that my CPU usage is now a much more reasonable 1%.
