Playing the sims 2 in windowed mode???

@xAllixx Are you launching the game from Origin? If you are right click the Sims 2 tile in Origin client and select 'Game properties', type in '-w' in the 'Command Line Arguments' box and select OK.

If you are launching from a shortcut, right click that shortcut and select 'Properties'. Go to the 'Shortcut' tab on the menu that pops-up, go to the end of the line written in 'Target' and add Space -w, (my Target line reads: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin\Sims2EP9.exe" -w ) and hit Apply.
