Problem with my product codes for sims deluxe edition for pc

Hi,

I am trying to put my sims on my recently bought laptop, however my laptop does not have a disc drawer and the game doesn't seem to have a product code that seems to work. However I have serial numbers for the games im trying to download? Is there any way I can download it with that instead?? HELP!!!!
