Hey

I tried downloading the free Sims 2 Ultimate Collection that EA have offered on Origin only when I downloaded it, it asked for a registration code for The Sims 2 Fun with Pets Collection, as I wasn't provided with one I found a code on the internet, put it in and it said The licenese limit for this product has been reached please contacr EA support for further assistance and it won't let me play the game at all! I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it didn't work

Please help!!

It asks me to enter and verify the code. I click done and then it asks again and again and again until eventually it decides that the code is invalid.
