Project Rene: Base Game Content vs Pack Content

i'm also one of those people that doesn't want too much in the base game. i'd be thrilled with barebones weather - hot/warm/cool/cold, sunny/cloudy, hot and cold weather outfit categories, that's it. then a robust seasons pack.

same re: university. i want a higher education ep with two colleges, a trade school, and a big mixed use city. i'd like these base game options = attend community college online or commute to rabbithole college classes/events.
