Purchased game in wrong language
Hi I really hope someone can help as I can't get through contact a game advisor. I am in the UK and I seem to have purchased Sims 2 University LIfe Collection download version in Danish not English. I tried to pay for another copy but was told that I couldn't buy more than one digital version so I am stuck with a version I can't play. I have not downloaded the wrong language version but I wondered if anyone had experienced similar mistake and what do I do about it. thanks,
The digital version should have all languages. The game usually installs in the language that your Origin client has. If you switch the language of your Origin client to English, your game will download and install in English. You will have to uninstall the Danish version of the game though.
You can switch the language of your Origin client in Origin --> Application Settings. If your Origin client is set to Danish, then it's Origin --> Programindstillinger and then Sprog i Origin-klienten.
