Do you have your saved neighborhoods from your previous game backed up? If so, all you have to do is transfer your old saved neighborhoods into the Neighborhoods folder in the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection folder located in your Doccuments/My Doccuments folder. Unless you have some sims saved as Body Shop projects, I don't reccommend transferring sims from one neighborhood to another, though, since that can cause glitches in the long run. Also, if your sims have any custom clothes, hair, skins, etc., make sure to transfer that info from your old downloads folder as well.

Though, I have no idea where the game puts the files for your custom content that you create and import directly from Body Shop. I actually had to totally abandon one old neighborhood and restart another because of missing custom skins and eyes...-_-;
