Re: EA contact email

I emailed them over a week ago and they still have not responded. I tried to post the email address here but it keeps getting removed. When I tried to contact a Game advisor there was no option for email. I got the email by sending a forgot user name request and this is what they emailed back

Hello,

Thanks for being an EA Member.  As you requested, here is the member name(s) associated with the email you provided:

I replied to the email immediately to ask about the issue with the installation code for the sims 2 and as of yet have not recieved a response. I also tried the live chat option multiple times and waited several hours each time with no response. Finally I requested a call and someone called me today. He was actually very helpful and fixed the code issue so that my game is now on origin. However when I attempted to uninstall my disc version and download the origin version I ran into new issues. The ea game advisor call center is closed now and doesn't open again until 9am tomorrow central time.  So here I am again for the past few hours hoping someone will respond on the live chat (no luck so far) and reading through old posts in this forum. :womanfrustrated: Anyways if your problem with the code has not been solved yet, I would suggest using the call option tomorrow  since that is the only response I have recieved from anyone at all including this forum.
