@Leek_Senpaihi! My installation folder weigh 12.5 gb and folder in My Documents 3 gb. But I use mods and some CC. I believe folder without CC and without progress in Neighborhoods weigh even less. Disk D have few free space, yeah. Your game installed in disk C?
