Re: I purchased Sims Medieval pirates a while ago,how do I find the link to download

I have the Sims Medieval limited edition on dvd-rom, I ordered pirates through Orgin in 2011 and downloaded it from them, I have Orgin on my pc, I have every sim game since the original sims. I need to know how I get my  pirates back without having to buy it again. I had to reset my computer and I lost it all ☹️  so...i don't wish to pay for it again, I checked into it and you have to buy both. I just need to download pirates that I bought in 2011...aka a while ago.  

Please can someone help.

Please, don't buy the game again, let's go step by step. 😉

First step would be: have you registered the limited edition of the base game in Origin and installed it in your new computer through Origin? Or have you used your DVD?

We will need Origin to install Pirates and nobles, and you will need the base game in your account to be able to download it. So let's start from there:

INSTALL ORIGIN PROGRAM

If you don't have the Origin program in your computer already, please, download it from here: https://www.origin.com/store/download

Once downloaded, right click on the downloaded installer and select 'Run as administrator'. The installation will start.

REDEEM YOUR BASE GAME CODE

When the program is installed, open it and log in with your EA Account (important: use the same account in which you have Pirates & Nobles). Click the Origin menu, and select Redeem Product Code... Introduce there your The Sims Medieval code (the same code you used to install the game with your DVD).

Let me know if your code worked and you can see the game in Origin, in 'My Game Library' section 🙂
