@Ashleigh978 , have you installed the 4GB patch and used Graphics Rule Maker to add your graphics card information to run the game? You can find the 4GB patch housed on several sims fan sites and I think Graphics Rule Maker is housed on Sims Network, but a Google search should point you in the right direction.
