I fixed my problem with game not creating save file by uninstall Ms one drive app. One drive tried to synch data and didn't allowed any modifications in folder

@Rufffi , please do not respond in threads that are older than a year or so unless they are still active. Thread necromancy is frowned upon. If you are having a similar problem, it's ok to link to the older thread, but please start a new one.
