@sakura45 ,I'm afraid the free digital version of Sims 2 stopped in late 2018. At that time the game was officially retired. The only way now to get a copy of Sims 2 is on DVD/CD and to have an external disk drive on which to play the game. You can find copies at local game stores that sell used games, Amazon, E-Bay and local thrift stores.
