@suzylei , so your OS is fine. Are you connected to the Internet when you try to download and launch the game? If you are, you may want to try to reset Origin or make sure that the game isn't saving to iCloud and is saving directly on your hard drive. Resetting Origin may help to resolve the issue. Here is the link on how to reset Origin on the Mac. You'll need to make sure you look at more details. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Try that first and let us know if it helped. If not, I have something else we can try.
@Tremayne4260 , I tried resetting my origin and I still got the same error. Do you know how to check that the game is saving directly to the hard drive?
@suzylei, Check your Origin settings.
So, first of all start Origin up. Don't start up a game, just start the Client up. Next choose "Preferences" from the Finder at the top. Then look for "Installs & Saves". Turn off Cloud Storage if it is showing as "on" and make sure your games are saving to your Applications folder (your Mac usually sets this up for you). I have my Legacy game installers turned on so that Origin keeps them in case I ever need them. This could be the cause of the game not fully installing, but not sure.
Let me know if you found it and what it is set on.
