Yes it is, at least in the last computer that I tried it on. Does it affect the game?

Update: YES, I figured out myself that it affects the game. I just unlinked the Documents folder, where gamesaves are stored, from OneDrive and it worked like magic. For people that faced the same problem and aren't sure about how to unlink the folder, I followed these instrucitons: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/unlink-my-documents-folder-from-onedrive/21edbce4-a38e-489b-8aab-608f0f4ee506.
