    Hello everyone,

Yes, it is always a good idea to start a ticket with Aspyr as they are the ones who maintain the game (not EA). You can find them at Aspyr.com and the more people who report this problem, the sooner Aspyr can fix it.

It may take Aspyr awhile to update the game due to working restrictions in the US and the fact that it takes time to program fixes, but the more people who report the issue, the faster some news might be forthcoming.

So far none of our Mac Heroes and Champions have found a workaround solution short of what people have mentioned in this post. I, myself, do not own a laptop (either Windows or Mac OS) and my iMac runs the game just fine. (Have a Desktop computer).

    Hello all,

I have news that Aspyr is aware of the issue and is actively working to solve it. No update on when it will be fixed, but Aspyr is actively working on it as I post this. So keeping posting your tickets to Aspur with as much detail as you can. The more information they have, the faster they can fix the problem.

Just wanted to keep you all updated.
