@eduardojavier96 , first of all the 4GB patch is not necessary for Sims 2 UC since the game runs off of Origin and all patches are automatically installed when you install the game. You do need to download and use the Graphics Rule Maker to insure that the game recognizes your graphics card. Because it is an older game, Sims 2 does not recognize many of the newer graphics cards. I hate to tell you but in order to play this game, your graphics card needs to be added. For additional instructions or if you wish to manually add your graphic card, visit Leefish's forum for instructions on how to do this. You can Google search for the forum link.

The only other thing I can think of is if you play with CC or mods and one of them is outdated or conflicting with game protocols. Please let me know if you do and I will give you instructions on how to reset the game to a vanilla state.
