The Sims 4 does not have a version for consoles, so in this case backwards compatibility wouldn't be possible. Regarding The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Pets - the games that will be made backwards compatible are decided by Microsoft. You already know the way to tell them which games you are interested in 😉

And speaking about houses, have you ever taken a look to the Gallery for The Sims 4 (PC/Mac)? Simmers create amazing houses, like for example this one!
