I'm having trouble installing "The Sims Complete Collection" on my Windows 7 computer. I insert the disk, type in the serial number, then it stops downloading disk:1 at 95% and an error code pops up that says this:
Component transfer error
Component: Expansionpack5
File Group: Expansionpack5
File: D:\Setup\data2.cab
Error: Incorrect Function.
The manual for the game has been misplaced, but I still have the serial number written down. Is there any way I can retrieve the serial number?
