@thecolourquestio  Try switching between fullscreen and windowed modes; you can also adjust the in-game resolution.  If windowed works but the game window is too small for your taste, you can try Windowed Borderless Gaming (free download), which will give a fullscreen size with the functionality of windowed mode.

Please also make sure your in-game framrates aren't excessively high.  I'm not sure whether the cheat fps on works in Medieval the way it does in Sims 3, but Origin has a setting you can use.  Hover over your username, select Application Settings, then Origin in-game, then choose a corner for the fps counter to display.

Your in-game fps should be locked to the refresh rate of your monitor (usually 60 Hz) or lower.  If it's too high or fluctuates wildly, there are several tools you can use to cap it, depending on what graphics card you have and whether you want to play in fullscreen or windowed mode.  Let me know if you'd like help with that process.
