The Sims 2 is an "old" game and is a bit difficult to find. While it's not available in Origin, last year EA gave away The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for free, which includes all expansions + stuff packs. You can contact an EA Advisor and ask for it, some people tried it and the Advisor added the game to their Origin account!

You can also check eBay or Amazon and look for Disc version of The Sims 2, or try second hand shops.
