@hmanitea , the option for windowed mode or Full Screen should be at the top of the screen under the View option.

If this doesn't fix whatever problem you're having, it would be best to post a description of what you're seeing in one of the  Sims 4 sections.  There are separate forums for Windows and macOS.

Im having the same problem i have the pal ver of the sims two double deluxe

i managed to get mine to work by running it as admin
