Redeem code

I have tried everything i just got the sims medieval delux addtion and it wont let me redeem any of my codes, what do i do.. i want the extra thronerooms that i am supposed to get, can anyone help me...

To redeem bonus content codes open the game and click on the options button on the main screen:

Choose "Redeem Code" and enter your code in the pop-up menu:
