@iamairhair , I am guessing that you redeemed these codes sometime ago. Sims 3 should be registered on Origin already and all you need to do is to simply download and install the game and any additional DLC you registered. If games do not show up as available for download, you should be able to redeem those on Origin.
For Sims 2, I'm afraid if you didn't register the game on Origin prior to October 2018, you will not be able to get the game in your Origin Library and Customer Support no longer has the option to add the game either. It may show up in your Library and be available to download and install though. You'd need to check.
I redeemed the Sims 3 code without Origin in the last quarter of 2020, and when I try to redeem it WITH Origin now, it says the code has already been redeemed. Do I email Customer Support and ask them to add the game?

yeah it's weird, i have the sims 2 store edition on my origin account. i am not going to play with it at this point but, will that work to lauch the game at all?
@Sunflowergal227 , yes it will. And the game will be automatically patched to the last patch EA released for the game. Once Sims 2 UC is a part of your Origin profile, it will continue to be there and can be installed and launched even if you didn't install it before. You will need to however, use Graphics Rule Maker to add your graphics card information and more information on how to use and install can be located by a Google search and a visit to Leefish's forums (weblink for site also found via Google Search).
