Redeeming Codes on Origin After Redeeming Normally

Hi there, I bought a copy of The Sims 2 and 3 and redeemed the codes without Origin. I was wondering if there was any way to redeem them again on Origin? I'd like to have them in my library and such...

I redeemed the Sims 3 code without Origin in the last quarter of 2020, and when I try to redeem it WITH Origin now, it says the code has already been redeemed. Do I email Customer Support and ask them to add the game?
