Refund Requests explained

clearly the sims 1 & 2 legacy Edition / 25th birthday bundle 

do not work and nothing is fixed as promised. I bought this as soon as I saw it was out pretty much never do on any thing but wanted this to work so badly, given EAs history with not fixing anything in there sims 4 packs I am not gonna wait around for theme to claim that I can not get a refund because of time restrains.
