Regarding Sims2 - please read

Please Note: I Ask here because all option I tried to contact on Origin seem to show via phone call (not the best alternate as I am not from USA,is from Sweden)
or live chat (would rather prefer e-mail or anything with text typing only,as I don't feel comfy with voice chat and it dosn't work well with me)🤨

Hello!
I heard about the Free sims2 ultimate collection promotion that has been going on and heard it seem to be still around.
I wonder if there was any possibility I would be able to get it? I also wonder was it only limited to american users only?
(The sims 2 game I own do have multiple language (and noticed the site's language setting is not any different - so I guess not,but I want to still ask to be sure)


I am a sim fan and own sims2 (the base game only - I allways wanted the expasion packs, but missed them out)
I searched if there was any sim 2 bundle sold with all expasion packs but I could only find packs with a few handpicked expasions pack. 😞
I truly hoped to find any kind of CD pack with sims2 + all main expasion packs at least. but sadly I could not find anything,except
for this free give away I stumbled upon various sites and gave me a bit of hope. They said there was a I-LOVE-THE-SIMS free promotion 
that gives away sims2 +  the expasion pack - for free (!) via getting it added on ones origin account.
I heard this was in 2014,but I heard that some people as of 2016 (latest being somewhere in summer-july)  have got theyre copies still thought.


So thats why I am here and ask hopefuly if there is a chance for me to get it on my origin perhaps ?
I have still my sims2 base game,so I can at least show a proof of it,but I do not have a recipe of it,sorry.
Thats because I got my copy long time ago,around when sims 2 was still 
new released . But i do have still the game itself along with the manual and CD*s,if thats any help.

btwn: would be neat in the future if by any chance would consider a possibility to buy  a phyical copy of a bundle pack thought! )

    Just thought I re-qoute it :3
    I know it was originaly announced since 2014 indeed,but as I stated,I did read many people still could aquire it 2016 ,july 2016 being the last replhy I saw some people get theyres.
    Thats why I gave it a try to write here  - othewise I would not even try.

    I had hoped there would be a option for e-mailing EA/origin and ask perhaps?
    Don't they have any kind of e-mail ??

    Unfortunately, there is not any support by email for the sims 2, you will have to use the live tchat or the other options that are avaliable for your country (the "call-me" for exemple). Please also note that the live-tchat is text-only. I've seen that you prefer to type than to talk in your first post so that's not a problem here 😉

    I truly hope to get a copy *hopes hopes*
    It's quite sad that people who loves the sims  series (specialy sims2)
    have to miss this  out for being late ;__;
    I readed somewhere that this promotion was because they won't sell anything sims2 releated anymore,
    or so I think o.o' (then I truly wonder how am i going to get the expasions at all if not getting it via the promotion 😞 )
