@0f4b784248a6e043 Please run a DxDiag and attach it to your post. If you have already tried launching The Sims 2, please also attach the game's config log, named according to the following format: [DESKTOP/LAPTOP]-config-log.txt. It can be found in Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 (or The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection)\Logs.
