Screen Resolution not cycling in Sims 1 Legacy with Alt+Enter
When I tried cycling through screen resolutions, Alt+Enter was simply taking me in and out of Fullscreen.

I had the same problem. I had to switch my computer resolution to 1280x 720 so I could see the flooring in more detail. You can switch your resolution by hitting the windows key + p and then go to more display settings. I had to restart the game for it to take effect.
