This is the second time that she points out basically how surprised she is of how well behaved the community is. It cracks me up because it feels like she was warned (possibly by Drake) when she started that we were a wild bunch and she didn't expect any real dialogue or respect, just rants :D
I can't say I blame her! Some people are downright disrespectful at times! I really like Kate so far. She is doing a great job! :)
