This is the second time that she points out basically how surprised she is of how well behaved the community is. It cracks me up because it feels like she was warned (possibly by Drake) when she started that we were a wild bunch and she didn't expect any real dialogue or respect, just rants :D
I think it's reaction to the different personalities plus this is a great time for a lot of simmers. I personally didn't care for Amanda and my interactions with Kate have been a lot better.
