Simcoaster freezing on menu

Hi! I'm a windows 10 user who wants to run sim coaster on this game,i manage to make it so far,i'm having one technical bug the intro  with the doors opening and being talked to does not happen,i am able to make press the skip-cutscene button and make my profile but i can't play my profile. any suggestions? I will be eternally thankful for your assistance!

i set the

GraphicalOptions.RENDER32
GraphicalOptions.TEXTURE32

to 1 each for low.sam med.sam high.sam and thats how i got it running in the first place.

someone had a problem similar to me "I think there's a glitch or something because, I entered the game then there's two doors and the possibility to skip the intro. then I skip it and click play and enter park under my name but it just freezes and does nothing. It's not my computer because I have one of the best computers you can buy and I tried different computerss...what should I do?? Has it happened to you?" seeing this thread i had not seen it a windows 10 issue
