That doesn't suggest anything for me, Frost is only saying that they will have sims4 news during the livestream. Not that they will not talk about anything else.
^ This. He's not ruling out any TS5 announcement. In fact, that "ALL TS4 news" sounds like end-of-life news to me. "This ALL you're getting for TS4 and we'll close this chapter of the franchise"
