Simmers' Knitting/Crafting Circle

I had a granny square afghan as a kid that my great-grandmother had made, in luridly bright colours that are probably back in fashion today, at least because they're "vintage". It's probably in my parents' condo somewhere, if it survived.

I'm still on the back of my same sweater. Fingering-weight stockinette takes soooo long, but at least it has less to go wrong if I get caught up in a TV show!
