Simple things we miss from previous The Sims games

Sometimes I miss funny or functional things or some simple functionalities from previous series. I am wondering if you have some objects/interactions which you miss from previous The Sims games if yes...

Read on bed option, and photobooths. As well as literally all of the things listed above. Oh, and the "Hangout" option with friends, where teen sims would just sit on the ground in a circle and have a chat - I really miss that one.
