Sims 1 Legacy crashed

Hey everyone! I installed the Sims 1 and everything was fined, until I sent my Sims on holidays. The game completely crashed. I cant do anything. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but when I enter to my family to play, it is still crashed on holidays. Does anyone know how to reset the game and erased my family and everything to start again? I tried erasing the EA app cache but no, everything is still there. I need to restart my game from the beginning.
