luckey2themaxx melpoirier26 You're both running the same graphics driver from 2018, which is likely the issue here. So please install the newest driver (same version, since you have the same graphics chip) available from Intel, the one dated December 19:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your comptuer after installing and before trying to play.
hschurr I need to see a dxdiag from you to find the correct driver for your system. If you still can't install that, yes, I'll write out how to get around the problem. But the workaround would allow you to install a driver that's actually incompatible, which would be harmful, so it's important to find exactly the right one.

quick question, did you download the Driver Support Assistant or do it manually? I tried to use the Assistant but it told me there’s no updates available? I might just be computer illiterate lol
