When I load a household in the Sims 1, none of the items or walls load correctly. Sometimes they appear when a Sims uses them autonomously but will disappear again once they’re done. When exiting to the neighborhood, the household creates visual glitch on map when saved.
I’ve tried restarting the game, computer and “repaired” it on the EA App but nothing seems to work. Huge letdown.

kryczus91 Your dxdiag shows that your graphics driver is from 2017, so you need to update as well. Here's the newest driver from Intel, dated December 19:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your comptuer after installing and before trying to play.
Thank you for that. It wasn't that easy, but I finally updated the Intel Driver.

QueenMaddy1996 You no longer have sound in-game, or in general? Does it help to use a different sound output device that uses a different type of connection? For example, you could compare built-in speakers with headphones connected via jack or USB.
