Hi, I bought The Sims 2 - Digital Deluxe recently off eBay. When I attempt to install it, windows brings up a red window saying, "This app has been blocked for your protection". I've tried running...

@Blue-Rose_01 Try disconnecting from the internet and setting the date to sometime in 2010. That worked for me once.

Yay! Thanks so much. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to play. Just have to make sure I disconnect the internet when I want to play without issues.

I bought an external dvd drive, and bought the game off eBay. Then thought it was all for naught. This means a lot. Be well. :-)
