@AdamScott53  are you playing with any mods? I've never gotten a business to level 10 before myself. Will check with others and see if they can help.

    Thanks! Besides following online guidance - e.g. chat to customers and keep the place looking good - the Rejuvenator is a bit of a "cheat" as regular visits to it keep the business owner focused and able to work tirelessly. Easier than taking pills...

      @AdamScott53 , the mod could be causing the business to no longer be "playable". Try removing just it and seeing if you can then play the business.
